The mango trees were already here. The house had to fit around them

My parents still measure distance in temples and market days, not in kilometres to a ring road. Kolhapur did not need replacing. The house did.
Jivah Orchard kept the mango and coconut line. The shops sit on the public edge so the inside stays a court. We are looking at a garden villa because the dining room should see trees, not a parking deck.
Pre-launch meant more conversation than pressure. That suited a family that already knows the street.
